NWA North American Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett attacked Owen Hart from behind when owen hart enters into ring as 8^th participant. After that Jeff Jarrett hits his head to security wall and delivered several kicks and even Jim Cornett also kicks him several times. WWE officials came and tried to control them. After that WWE officials sent Owen Hart to medical treatment at backstage. After that Jeff Jarrett entered into Royal Rumble as 18^th participant but Owen hart participated by coming from backstage for Jeff Jarrett.

D Generation X members WWE European Champion Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Chyna attended to this event for Owen hart. Chyna tried to attack with a stick but Owen Hart blocked it but Hunter Hearst Helmsley attacked with another stick. Thus Owen Hart was eliminated from royal rumble. WWE officials ordered them to leave that place and then they returned to backstage. Owen Hart seriously considered and chased them.

Ahmed Johnson and Phineas Godwinn both fight each other unofficially and returned to backstage. Kama pushed Ahmed Johnson before enters into rumble. The Rock and Stone Cold Steve austin fight each other legally at outside of the ring. Stone Cold seriously injured The Artist at outside of the ring.

Shawn Michaels also said to Mr. McMahon that you can’t fire me. Due to this announcement, Mr. McMahon indirectly received sweet chin music for long time.

Mr. McMahon used to say he can make everyone’s dreams come true. At this time, Shawn Michaels would like to make Mr. McMahon’s dream comes true. Shawn Michaels has shown the footage of 3 weeks’ ago Monday night Raw is War. In that footage, Vince McMahon got #2 Royal Rumble’s participant but he would like to enter into Royal Rumble as #30^th participant. Shawn Michaels said that Vince McMahon could become new WWF Champion by winning the 1999 Royal Rumble.

As a WWF Commissioner, the heart break kid Shawn Michaels does not want to allow Mr. McMahon to participate in Royal Rumble as #30^th participant. However, he ordered the chairman of the world wrestling federation to enter into Royal Rumble as second participant. Similarly, he announced Stone cold Steve Austin is going to enter into 30 man battle royal as first participant. Obviously the second man who will be entering into royal rumble with Stone Cold Steve Austin is Vine McMahon. Before going to leave this building, he would like to give a surprise to Mr. McMahon. It’s also a stone cold surprise.

Later, Mankind changed his mind. In few moments, Mr. McMahon, Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco came but did not dare to enter into ring. However, Mankind claimed a WWF Championship match in this wrestling edition and the match should be no disqualification match. Finally, Shane McMahon granted it because of severe pain. Later, Vince McMahon, Gerald Brisco and Pat Patterson helped Shane McMahon but The Rock argued with Mr. McMahon due to this sudden surprise.
