World Wrestling Entertainment selected Jeff Hardy and WWE United States Champion Shelton Benjamin to send one of them to Money In The Bank ladder match at WrestleMania XXV by arranging Money In The Bank qualifying match at Smackdown on March 6, 2009. Shelton Benjamin gave good starting to this match with back suplex. Shelton Benjamin well handled Jeff hardy with his powerful performance by damaging back of Jeff Hardy.
However, Jeff Hardy recovered from injuries and tried to control Shelton Benjamin. Jeff Hardy made a mistake by jumping over Shelton Benjamin. Shelton Benjamin tried to use this advantage but Jeff Hardy damaged back of Shelton Benjamin with security wall. Jeff Hardy later jumped over Shelton Benjamin. WWE United States Champion increased pressure on neck of Jeff hardy. Shelton Benjamin continuously damages neck of Jeff Hardy.

Maryse tried to make fun with Eve Torres. Eve Torres seriously considered and gave a leg shot on her head.
Maryse damaged neck of Eve Torres with ring rope. Maryse injures Eve Torres’s head with one corner of the ring. Maryse increased pressure on Eve Torres neck by pulling backwards. Eve Torres slammed Maryse. Eve Torres drop kicked Maryse twice. Eve Torres gave an elbow shot but made a mistake by jumping from top rope. Maryse defeated Eve Torres through pin fall after giving a DDT.

World Wrestling Entertainment conducted One on one wrestling match between Paul Burchill and Shelton Benjamin at ECW edition on September 29, 2009. Paul Burchill attended this match with his sister Katie Lea Burchill but Shelton Benjamin attacked by Sheamus. Sheamus threw Shelton Benjamin over steel ring pole. Sheamus threw Shelton Benjamin into wrestling ring and tried to enter into wrestling ring but WWE officials stopped Sheamus.
Match referee gave some time to Shelton Benjamin to start this match officially. Paul Burchill attacked injured Shelton Benjamin to give good starting to this wrestling match. Shelton Benjamin destroyed by Paul Burchill with suplex. Later, Paul Burchill punished Shelton Benjamin with hand and leg shots. Paul Burchill increased pressure on left shoulder of Shelton Benjamin. Matt hardy announced he will become World Champion by winning Money In The Bank Ladder match at WrestleMania XXV. MVP gave good starting to this wrestling match by controlling Matt Hardy.
