On December 26, 2011 at WWE Raw SuperShow edition, the interim General Manager John Laurinaitis disrespected CM Punk by coming out to Champion’s music in his hometown Chicago. WWE Champion CM Punk seriously considered his actions, also insulted him in front of his hometown mates but executive vice president of talent relations of WWE also seriously considered it, put CM Punk in three Gauntlet matches and said that whoever defeats CM Punk in this kind of match gets a WWE Championship match in January 2, 2012 SuperShow edition. Similarly, WWE Champion the straightedge savior also added a stipulation i.e if he defeats three of them, then interested to face John Laurinaitis in fourth match. John Laurinaitis accepted his challenge.
Drew McIntyre Vs Brodus Clay at WWE Royal Rumble 2012
Funkasaurus attended to Royal Rumble 2012 pay per view to participate in a match against Drew McIntyre. He shakes his body by seeing Drew McIntyre but McIntyre gave a flying kiss to Brodus Clay’s dancers to divert his concentration. However, John Cena talked about Kane’s actions on December 19, 2011 Monday night Raw SuperShow, interested to know why Kane attacked him last week but one again attacked by Kane. Similarly, Kane ripped Cena’s brand new T-Shirt disrespectfully. In December 29, 2011 Raw SuperShow, CeNation Commander-in-Chief calls out the big red monster but later on same night the masked man intimidated him with his fire, revealed that people hate John Cena; that’s why he selected him but would like to help him.
Daniel Bryan Vs Mark Henry Vs Big Show in Triple Threat WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at Royal Rumble 2012
On July 17, 2011 at Money In The Bank pay per view, Daniel Bryan earned Money In The Bank contract by facing seven toughest Smackdown superstars in a ladder match. However, in several WWE wrestling events, Daniel Bryan said he would like to cash his Money In The Bank briefcase at WrestleMania XXVIII but Big Show several times encouraged him to cash his contract to become WWE World Heavyweight Champion. On December 18, 2011 at Tables, Ladders and Chairs pay per view, Big Show become new WWE World Heavyweight Champion by defeating Mark Henry in a chairs match.
