Gail Kim Vs Tara for TNA Women’s Knockout Championship at Against All Odds 2012
Tara lost knockouts tag team championship titles to current Women’s Knockouts championship Gail in November 3, 2012 Impact edition but earned opportunity to face Women’s Knockouts Champion Gail Kim by winning three way match on January 26, 2012 Impact wrestling edition. Finally, The Vicious Vixen faces TNA Women’s Knockouts Champion Gail Kim for TNA Women’s Knockouts Championship at TNA Against All Odds 2012.
Tara started this match by attacking TNA Women’s Knockouts Champion Gail Kim with punches, knife edge chops, reversed her by using her hair twice, punished Kim by carrying body on back by pulling hair and then front slam but received a kick to head. Gail Kim talked to Madison Rayne and received a clothesline. The Vicious Vixen kicked at midsection, performed snap suplex, punched to face, escaped from Kim’s cornered shoulder block and Women’s Knockouts Champion got injured. Gail Kim surprised Tara stunning on top rope which injured neck severely, kicked to face, repeated punches to face, hits head to a corner, knee kick to midsection, flying forearm smash, succeeded in performing top rope dropkick and argued with Madison Rayne.
TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion Madison Rayne simply returned to backstage. Gail Kim delivered a forearm smash on spine, pushed her opponent towards a corner which injured lower back of Tara, performed middle rope cross body, applied Over the shoulder single leg boston crab but Tara broke it by kicking on her face. Tara tried to come back into action but Gail Kim applied another submission move and after received couple moments punishment, Tara holds the ropes to break it. TNA Knockouts tag team champion kicked to midsection, another kick to shoulder, reverse elbow to face, lifted her to top rope, several punches to face and successfully performed Hurricanrana.
However, Tara performed an Olympic slam to injure her challenger’s back, did not give chance to her competitor with several punches to face, surprised her with a clothesline, kicked to stomach area, performed A-rack-nophobia, received a shoulder block, brawl with Gail Kim at top rope and Tara dropped her body from top rope, also performed top rope moonsault which severely injured Tara’s knee but Gail Kim kicked at midsection with a knee kick, performed knee breaker and pinned Tara after giving Happy Ending to retain TNA Women’s Knockouts Championship title.
