World Championship Wrestling (WCW) gave a golden opportunity to Chavo Guerrero Jr. to face WCW United States (U.S) Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg at WCW Monday Night Nitro on June 8, 1998. Chavo Guerrero talks something mainly due to internal fear of Bill Goldberg. WCW United States (U.S) Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg appeared in this Nitro edition and Wrestling fans chanted Bill Goldberg name. WCW United States Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg entered into wrestling ring and handover his title to match referee. In few moments, Chavo Guerrero Jr. attacked Bill Goldberg but Bill Goldberg expected his game plan and threw Chavo Guerrero Jr. towards one corner of the wrestling ring. Chavo Guerrero tried to control Bill Goldberg but Bill Goldberg caught Chavo Guerrero Jr and threw backside powerfully. Bill Goldberg kicked into Chavo Guerrero’s stomach. Bill Goldberg lifted Chavo Guerrero Jr. and powerslammed his body. Bill Goldberg speared Chavo Guerrero Jr. very seriously. Eddie Guerrero came and enjoyed this wrestling match by standing at ramp. Bill Goldberg destroyed Chavo Guerrero Jr with Jackhammer and submitted pin fall. Bill Goldberg defeated Chavo Guerrero Jr with Jackhammer and retained his WCW United States (U.S) Heavyweight Championship and continued 99-0 undefeated strike. Bill Goldberg returned to backstage very happily.
