New World Order (nWo) Hollywood member Scott Hall appeared to WCW Monday Night Nitro on July 6, 1998 to face WCW United States (U.S) Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg for WCW United States (U.S) Heavyweight Championship. Scott Hall threw his T-Shirt to outside of the ring. In few moments, WCW United States (U.S) Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg also appeared in this wrestling event. Wrestling fans gave amazing response to WCW United States Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg. Bill Goldberg entered into wrestling ring and ready to face Scott Hall. Bill Goldberg submitted his title belt to match referee and match referee showed title belt to wrestling fans and Scott Hall. World Championship Wrestling rings bell and started this wrestling match officially. Scott Hall pushed Bill Goldberg from behind. Bill Goldberg seriously considered and looked at Scott Hall very seriously. Scott Hall mocked WCW United States Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg and faced him. Bill Goldberg threw Scott Hall towards one corner of the wrestling ring. Scott Hall was shocked by seeing Bill Goldberg’s amazing power.

Bill Goldberg caught Scott Hall by pulling Scott Hall’s hair. Scott Hall damaged Bill Goldberg with the help of ring ropes. Scott Hall entered into wrestling ring and successfully controlled Bill Goldberg with powerful close line. Scott Hall signaled to finish career of Bill Goldberg. Scott Hall tried for power bomb but Bill Goldberg successfully lifted him backwards. Bill Goldberg successfully speared Scott Hall. Bill Goldberg lifted Scott Hall and destroyed him with powerful Jackhammer. Bill Goldberg submitted pin fall and defeated him. Bill Goldberg celebrated his memorial victory by retaining WCW United States Heavyweight Championship. Bill Goldberg returned to backstage very happily.
