2. Sheamus qualified by defeating Finlay
3. MVP, R Truth and Mark Henry qualified by defeating Chris Masters, Chavo Guerrero and Jack Swagger in six man tag team match
4. Randy Orton qualified by defeating Evan Bourne
5. Legacy members Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase qualified by defeating Cryme Tyme in tag team match.

Finally, the qualified wrestling superstars challenged in this battle royal to become new #1 contender in order to reserve a title shot with WWE Champion John Cena.
