- Randy Orton qualified by defeating Evan Bourne
- Legacy members Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase qualified by defeating Cryme Tyme in tag team match.
Finally, the qualified wrestling superstars challenged in this battle royal to become new #1 contender in order to reserve a title shot with WWE Champion John Cena.
