On April 17, 2011 at Lockdown pay per view main event, Rob Van Dam does not want to win the championship match with Hulk Hogan’s steel pipe but at April 21, 2011 Thursday night Impact event, Hulk Hogan insulted Rob Van Dam and considered him as a low level wrestler in history. However, TNA World Heavyweight Champion Sting interrupted their confrontation and chose RVD as his opponent for Sacrifice 2011 wrestling pay per view main event to show his respect for RVD’s decision during the triple threat steel cage match.
Result: Sting destroyed RVD with scorpion dead lock and then pinned him to retain TNA World Heavyweight Championship

Fortune was separated from Immortal and screwed them by costing TNA World Heavyweight Championship title from Jeff Hardy. Immortal seriously considered this and decided to punish Fortune members. The legendary Sting defeated Jeff Hardy to become new TNA World Heavyweight Champion at Victory Road on March 13, 2011. On same night, Rob Van Dam and Mr. Anderson participated in #1 contender match but both were disqualified. At March 17, 2011 Impact event, AJ Styles, Bully Ray, Anderson and Rob Van Dam participated in four way #1 contender’s match but that match was ended due to double disqualification of Anderson and RVD. However, TNA conducted another #1 contender’s match between Anderson and RVD and Rob Van Dam became new #1 contender by disqualification as per special ring enforcer and TNA World Heavyweight Champion Sting’s decision in March 24, 2011 TNA Impact zone.

Kurt Angle begun fight with Jeff Jarrett for his family and continued his feud the man who married his wife and the man who took his kids away from him since Genesis main event and reserved another match for Lockdown 2011 pay per view with special stipulations. On January 9, 2011 at Genesis pay per view, Jeff Jarrett seriously injured Kurt Angle with cheap tricks in a Mixed Martial Arts Exhibition match. Similarly, he surrendered his wife Karen Jarrett and his kids Kody and Kyra Angle by losing a match to Jeff Jarrett because of their cheap trick at Against All Odds on February 13, 2011. They both used to interfere in their businesses each other.

Matt Morgan and Hernandez both agreed to fight inside a steel cage match at Lockdown pay per view main event. As we already know that, Hernandez defeated Matt Morgan in a first blood match with cheating trick at Victory Road on March 13, 2011. However, the blueprint Matt Morgan demanded TNA a match against Hernandez and finally got chance to meet him inside a steel cage at Lockdown 2011 pay per view.
Matt Morgan defeated Hernandez in a great match.
Samoa Joe and Pope D’Angelo Dinero reserved a Steel cage match at TNA Wrestling Lockdown wrestling main event. Actually, these two professional wrestlers started their rivalry at January 6, 2011 Impact zone and Samoa Joe defeated Pope at Against All Odds main event on January 9, 2011 but seriously considered D’Angelo Dinero’s cheating victory in March 10, 2011 Impact event. They had serious confrontation in March 17, 2011 TNA Impact event but D’Angelo Dinero injured Joe’s personal cameraman Okada on same night and Okada defeated him in March 24, 2011 Impact event as per his boss Joe’s instructions by disqualification and Joe checked health condition of Okada and tried to chase Pope but he escaped.
