At December 6, 2001 in Raw edition, Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov participated in a fatal four way tag team championship match when Nexus members Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel puts their tag team championship titles on this line. Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov utilized this opportunity and became new WWE tag team champions by winning the fatal four way tag team championship match and continued their successful streak. However, Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater claimed a rematch at Tables, Ladders & Chairs pay per view but Santino and Kozlov retained their tag team titles in a tag team match on December 19, 2010.
