Tables Ladders Chairs match between CM Punk and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy for WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WWE SummerSlam 2009.
CM Punk’s right hand damaged due to his suicide jump. CM punk set a table at outside of the wrestling ring. CM punk included Jeff Hardy’s head between steel chair plate to injure him with steel ring pole but Jeff Hardy opposed CM Punk in order to protect his neck. CM Punk tried to hit Jeff hardy with steel chair but Jeff hardy escaped from steel chair shot and CM punk hits to steel ring pole. Jeff Hardy later gives continuous hand shots to CM Punk. Similarly, CM punk also gave hand shots into his stomach area and then knee into his stomach. CM punk decided to injure Jeff hardy with steel chair but Jeff hardy reversed him over steel steps. However, CM Punk jumped over steel steps and tried to jumped over Jeff hardy by received a steel chair shot from WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy. Jeff hardy hits CM Punk’s head with security wall and then jumped over Jeff hardy with the help of steel chair. CM punk’s stomach area is seriously damaged.
In few moments, Jeff hardy threw a steel chair over back of CM Punk. Jeff hardy set CM Punk’s body over table. Jeff hardy gave continued hand shots. Jeff hardy goes top rope and jumped over CM punk but CM punk successfully escaped. CM punk threw a large ladder into wrestling ring. CM Punk entered into wrestling ring and stood ladder under the title belt. CM punk climbs ladder to collect WWE World heavyweight championship belt. Jeff hardy entered into wrestling ring and attacked CM Punk with hand shots on his back. At this time, Jeff hardy climbed ladder to collect his title belt but CM Punk pulled him. CM Punk lifted Jeff hardy over his neck to give Go to sleep but Jeff hardy surprised CM Punk with power bomb from ladder. Jeff hardy claimed top of the ladder and tried to collect his title belt but CM Punk threw ladder and Jeff hardy injured by the ring rope at one corner of the wrestling ring.
CM Punk brought Jeff hardy to top rope for superplex. CM punk destroyed himself as well as Jeff Hardy by superplexing Jeff hardy over steel ladder. CM punk tried to suplex Jeff hardy but Jeff hardy kicked into stomach area of CM Punk and then gave a twist of fate. Jeff hardy goes top rope and jumped over CM punk to give Swanton bomb but CM punk blocked him with his knees. Jeff hardy reached one corner and CM punk connected a high knee. However, Jeff hardy dropped CM punk’s body over table. CM Punk’s body destroyed by that table at outside of the wrestling ring. Jeff hardy decided to this advantage and tried to climb ladder but CM Punk goes top rope and jumped over Jeff hardy. CM Punk threw Jeff hardy to outside of the wrestling ring. Similarly, CM punk also went to outside of the wrestling ring and took a chair. CM Punk inserted Jeff hardy’s neck in steel chair and tried to throw over steel ring pole. However, Jeff hardy blocked him and then gave a powerful hand shot.
Similarly, Jeff hardy threw CM Punk over steel steps. Jeff hardy gave four powerful steel chair shots on CM Punk’s back with frustration. Jeff hardy threw steel chair and then announce table plate over CM Punk. Jeff hardy injured CM Punk’s head with television. Similarly, Jeff hardy gave a steel chair shot on his head. Jeff hardy hits CM Punk’s head on announce table. Jeff hardy set CM Punk body over one announce table and then gave a steel chair shot on his head. Jeff hardy set a larger ladder near to announce table. Jeff hardy climbed top of that ladder and destroyed CM Punk with unbelievable Swanton bomb. WWE officials came and checked health condition of Jeff hardy as well as CM punk for immediate medical treatment. WWE officials decided to bring Jeff hardy for medical treatment. However, CM Punk entered into wrestling ring to collect WWE World Heavyweight Championship. However, Jeff hardy does not go anywhere and entered into wrestling ring. Wrestling fans encouraged Jeff hardy to enter into wrestling ring.
CM punk is shocked by seeing Jeff hardy in wrestling ring. Jeff hardy and CM Punk go top rope and these two wrestling superstars strongly decided to collect WWE World Heavyweight Championship title belt. However, CM punk kicked Jeff hardy and Jeff hardy fell down from top of the ladder. CM Punk collected WWE World Heavyweight Championship and became new WWE World heavyweight Champion. CM Punk celebrated his victory with wrestling fans and showed his title belt to entire wrestling world. Suddenly, lights off and the legendary The Undertaker music hits and CM Punk scared. The Undertaker appeared instead of Jeff hardy and destroyed CM Punk with powerful chock slam. The Undertaker returned to World Wrestling Entertainment and invited CM punk into his dark world.
