Dolph Ziggler music hits and appeared in WWE Smackdown on July 24, 2009. WWE ring announcer Justin Roberts introduced Dolph Ziggler to this wrestling event. Woman wrestling superstar Maria also come with Dolph Ziggler to encourage him. Dolph Ziggler entered into wrestling ring and Maria brought a microphone. Dolph Ziggler said, every wrestling fan knows him as Dolph Ziggler. However, every fan will know Dolph Ziggler as WWE Intercontinental Champion after Night of Champions 2009. Dolph Ziggler and Maria arranged a chair at outside of the wrestling ring.

Dolph Ziggler arranged a chair for Maria and reentered into wrestling ring. In few moments, Finlay music hits and Justin Roberts introduced him to this Smackdown weekly edition. Finlay entered into wrestling ring. Match referee rings bell and started this wrestling match officially. Finlay and Dolph Ziggler well opposed each other and went to one corner of the wrestling ring. Dolph Ziggler tried to damage his shoulder but Finlay reversed situation. Finlay locked his head with head lock. Dolph Ziggler reversed Finlay but Finlay surprised him with powerful close line.

Finlay threw Dolph Ziggler towards one corner of the wrestling ring and tried to damage his stomach with shoulder block. Dolph Ziggler estimated his next move and escaped intelligently. Finlay’s shoulder is damaged by the ring pole. In few moments, Dolph Ziggler threw him over ring pole. Dolph Ziggler went to outside of the wrestling ring and damaged his hand with edge of the wrestling ring. Dolph Ziggler threw Finlay into wrestling ring and also entered into wrestling ring. Dolph Ziggler seriously damaged left shoulder of the Finlay.

Finlay reversed Dolph Ziggler but received a powerful closeline from Dolph Ziggler. Dolph Ziggler submitted pin fall but Finlay rejected his pin fall. Dolph Ziggler kicked on Finlay’s shoulder repeatedly. Finlay slapped Dolph Ziggler at one corner of the wrestling ring. Dolph Ziggler kicked Finlay and then increased pressure on his shoulder. Finlay tried to save his shoulder by giving hand shots. Dolph Ziggler drop-kicked Finlay. Dolph Ziggler submitted pin fall but Finlay rejected his pin fall. Dolph Ziggler damaged Finlay’s neck area by giving a powerful hand shot.

Dolph Ziggler tried to damage his hand but Finlay gave three powerful punches and then slammed his body. Finlay controlled Dolph Ziggler with three closelines. Finlay dropped his body over Dolph Ziggler. Finlay submitted pin fall but Dolph Ziggler rejected pin fall. Dolph Ziggler kicked into Finlay’s abdominal area but received a shoulder block from Dolph Ziggler. Finlay lifted his body but Dolph Ziggler did not want to give chance to Finlay and gave powerful hand shot to Finlay. Finlay kicked Dolph Ziggler and Dolph Ziggler back is damaged by the announcement table.

Maria shocked by seeing Dolph Ziggler’s position. Finlay hits Dolph Ziggler’s head with announce table. Finlay surprised him with closeline. Maria checked health condition of Dolph Ziggler. Finlay is ready to enter into wrestling ring but received a Zig Zag from Dolph Ziggler. Match referee counts 10 count but Finlay did not respond to 10 count. World Wrestling Entertainment announced Dolph Ziggler as winner of this wrestling match. Maria once again checked health condition of Dolph Ziggler. Dolph Ziggler shared his happiness with Maria and returned to backstage.
