Theodore Long said, ECW starts road to WrestleMania XXVI. Theodore Long also said, Vickie Guerrero is no longer appeared as General Manager of Smackdown. Theodore Long announced Vickie Guerrero is newest General Manager of Raw. Theodore Long also said, i am going to once again appointed as new General Manager of Smackdown. Theodore Long invited new General manager of ECW Tiffany to this wrestling edition.

Theodore Long congratulated Tiffany. Tiffany tried to say something to wrestling fans but ECW Champion Jack Swagger interrupted. ECW Champion Jack Swagger enter into wrestling ring. Wrestling fans did not give much importance. Jack Swagger congratulated Tiffany. ECW Champion Jack Swagger suggested some suggestions. Tiffany decided to give WWE Universe what they want. Tiffany said, WWE is going to conduct WWE Draft on April 13, 2009. So, there is possibly to send Jack Swagger to another brand. Tiffany ordered Jack Swagger to put his title on the line at Backlash 2009.Tiffany announced four participants as stated below.
