World Wrestling Entertainment arranged a wrestling match between Evan Bourne and The Masterpiece Chris Masters at WWE Superstars on September 3, 2009. Chris Masters and Evan Bourne looked at each other but Chris Masters pushed Evan Bourne in order to insult. However, Evan Bourne showed his wrestling performance and scared Chris Masters. Evan Bourne actually planned to control Chris Masters with his speed wrestling performance. However, Chris Masters controlled him with dominating power.

Chris Masters decided to continue his domination but Evan Bourne surprised him with extreme wrestling skills. Chris Masters seriously damaged back of the Evan Bourne in this match. Chris Masters played a game with Evan Bourne just like a ball. However, Evan Bourne surprised him with intelligent game. Chris Masters hits steel ring pole  and Evan Bourne used this advantage and dropped his body from top rope and then defeated Chris Masters successfully. Wrestling fans appreciated effort of Evan Bourne.
