The Great Khali faced the big red machine Kane at WWE Smackdown on September 18, 2009. As we already know, the big red machine Kane defeated the great khali in a Singapore Cane match at breaking point pay per view. Now once again, these two wrestling superstars challenged in this Smakdown edition. Ranjin Singh also appeared as official manager of Great Khali. The Great Khali gave good starting to this wrestling match by dominating Kane with powerful hand shots, chops and boot shots. Kane seriously reacted and attacked The Great Khali with steel chair.

Match referee disqualified the big red machine Kane and announced The Great Khali as winner of this match. Later, Kane dragged The Great Khali towards steel steps. Kane seriously damaged left leg of The Great Khali with continuous steel steps shots. Ranjin Singh checked heatlh condition of The Great Khali. Later, WWE officials have sent The Great Khali for medical treatment in a movable stretcher for further treatment.
