Kofi Kingston holds WWE United States Championship for several months. However, The Miz defeated him on October 5, 2009 Raw to become new WWE US Champion. After that wrestling match, the miz became very proud and popular United States Champion by defeating almost all wrestling superstars in WWE.

However, Kofi Kingston actually gets a change to face him in next week raw edition but WWE Raw guest surprised the miz by arranging title shot if Kofi Kingston defeats in a non title match. As per raw guest host’s order, the miz challenged Kofi Kingston in a non title match. WWE United States Champion the miz surprised his with his dominating performance but defeated by kofi kingston through pin fall.

WWE was once again starting this wrestling match for WWE United States Championship. Kofi Kingston continued his dominating wrestling performance and successfully controlled him. The Miz almost reached his goal but Randy Orton attacked Kofi Kingston. Due to outside interference, World Wrestling Entertainment disqualified the miz but he retained his title.
