Matt hardy faced the big red machine Kane in one on one wrestling match at Superstars edition on September 24, 2009. Matt hardy decided to give good starting to this wrestling match and successfully worked on Kane’s left hand but Kane dominated Matt hardy with his powerful game. Kane drop kicked Matt hardy and damaged back of Matt hardy with one corner of the ring.

Kane later damaged back of Matt hardy with elbow drops. Kane increased pressure on back of Matt Hardy. Kane further damaged back of Matt hardy with sidebar slam. Once again Kane increased pressure on kidney area. Matt Hardy gave headbutts and hand punches but received a powerful shot from Kane.

Matt Hardy damaged knee of Kane. Matt hardy then damaged face of Kane with single handed bulldog. Matt hardy dropped his elbow over neck of Kane. Matt hardy surprised Kane with DDT. Kane damaged lower part of Matt Hardy by dropping Matt Hardy thrice on ring ropes. Match referee disqualified the big red machine Kane. WWE announced Matt Hardy as winner of this match. Kane frustrated and chockslammed Matt hardy after this match.
