Melina music  hits and Melina appeared to WWE Smackdown wrestling edition on August 14, 2009. Wrestling fans gave good response to her presence and Melina entered into wrestling ring and waits  for her opponent Layla. Layla tried to insult Melina when Maria shares her love story with Melina but Melina gave proper answer to Layla. Layla returned to her room with frustration. In few moments, Layla music hits and appeared in this wrestling edition. Layla entered into wrestling ring. Match  referee signaled time keeper to ring the bell. Layla tried to give a leg shot but Melina blocked her shot with same leg shot. However, Layla slapped Melina. Melina seriously considered and Layla tried to escape from Melina but Melina chased Layla. Melina caught Layla at outside of the wrestling ring but Layla dominated Melina with close line. Layla threw Melina into wrestling ring and Layla also entered into wrestling ring. Layla submitted pin fall but Melina rejected his pin fall. Melina gave a powerful elbow shot to Layla twice. Melina later reversed Layla but Layla covered Melina but Melina rejected her pin fall.

Layla kicked into her stomach area. Layla reversed Melina towards one corner of the wrestling ring. Layla later tried to attack her but Melina stopped Layla by holding her head  with two legs. Melina later gave a powerful leg shot on her head. Melina stood on top rope and tried to injure Layla but Layla gave elbow shot to Melina. Later, Melina hung by ring rope but Layla pulled her hair. Layla kicked Melina. Layla later injured her face with face buster. Layla covered Melina but rejected her pin fall. Layla turned leg of the Melina and then increased pressure on her neck by pulling her neck backwards. Layla damaged her face by hitting her face. Layla tried  to damage her knee but Melina gave powerful hand punch on her face. Melina pushed Layla received a powerful leg shot from Layla. Layla increased  pressure on her neck with the help of ring ropes. Melina kicked into her stomach. Similarly, Melina injured her neck with ring ropes.

Melina kicked on her  face. Melina goes top rope and injured her face by jumping. Melina tried to kick her but Melina caught Layla’s leg and surprised her with close line twice. Melina reversed Layla towards one corner of the wrestling ring. Melina tried to attack Layla  but Layla tried to injure her with legs. However, Melina holds her legs and gave an elbow shot. Melina dropped her both knees on her stomach area. Melina kicked into her stomach area and tried to submit pin fall but Layla did not give  chance to Melina. Layla drop kicked  Melina. Melina damaged her face with face buster but Layla rejected her pin fall. Melina damaged her stomach area with shoulder block. Melina dropped her leg over neck area of Layla and then submitted  pin fall. Melina defeated Layla. Wrestling fans felt very happy and appreciated her effort  and hard work. Melina returned to backstage very happily.
