TNA Knockouts Champion Mickie James puts her title on the line against Madison Rayne under one stipulation at Sacrifice 2011 pay per view. As we already known, Mickie James became new champion by defeating Madison Rayne in Title Vs Hair match at Lockdown pay per view. At April 21, 2011 TNA Impact event, Madison Rayne blamed Tara for her failure against Mickie Games in Hair Vs Title match at Lockdown main event. However, Mickie James celebrated her Lockdown victory against Madison Rayne as new TNA Knockouts championship in April 28, 2011 Thursday night event and also said thanks to wrestling fans. In May 5, 2011 TNA impact wrestling event, Mickie James successfully retained her TNA Knockouts championship by defeating Tessmacher.

On same night Madison Rayne interrupted her celebration and reminded that she was the longest running TNA knockouts champion and even offered a title shot when Mickie James puts her hair on the line at Lockdown. Similarly, Madison Rayne also requested champion for title shot for Sacrifice pay per view. Mickie James understood and offered TNA Knockouts title shot on one stipulation. If Mickie James wins the match then the contract between Tara and Madison Rayne should be cancelled and Tara will be free. Madison Rayne agreed to her condition and Tara said thanks to Mickie James.

Result: Tara attacked Madison Rayne and Mickie James pinned her to retain TNA Knockouts Championship. Tara is now free from Madison Rayne's contract.
