At Survivor Series pay per view, Natalya became new WWE Divas Champion by defeating Michelle McCool and Layla in two on one handicap match. After that match Lay Cool attacked new WWE Divas Champion Natalya. Fortunately, Beth Phoenix returned to World Wrestling Entertainment and attacked Michelle McCool and Layla and saved Natalya.

In the following wrestling events, Michelle McCool and Layla tried to attack Divas Champion but Beth Phoenix saved her from them. Beth Phoenix interested to face them. Finally, World Wrestling Entertainment sanctioned a tag team match between Natalya, Beth Phoenix and Lay Cool and also arranged this match as tables match at Tables, Ladders and Chairs 2010 pay per view.

At December 17 Friday night event, Michelle McCool and Layla talked about tables match and they do not want to face Beth Phoenix and WWE Divas Champion Natalya in tables match. As per their opinion, Tables match is men’s match. So they do not wan to face them in tables match. Layla revealed who can either one of them can put on table. After that Natalya and Beth Phoenix brought a special tables, on which ugly Michelle McCool and Layla faces were there. After having serious conversation with Beth and Natalya, LayCool attacked them but dominated by the challenging team. Beth and Natalya almost decided to destroyed Layla with vertical suplex on table but Michelle McCool saved her tag team partner from them.

Beth Phoenix and WWE Divas Champion started this match with Layla and Michelle McCool respectively. Natalya slammed Michelle McCool and Beth Phoenix also slammed Layla on McCool. Beth and Champion brought a special table. Beth decided to slam McCool but Layla pulled her hair in order to save her teammate. After that Beth lifted both of them. Beth and Natalya surprised McCool and Layla with clothesline. Beth and Natalya eliminated Michelle and Layla to outside of the ring. Phoenix received a drop kick from Layla. Later, Michelle McCool and Layla handled Beth Phoenix and Natalya with their professional wrestling skills. McCool eliminated Beth to outside of the ring. LayCool brought a table and Michelle McCool went to top rope to slam Natalya but Phoenix recovered from injuries and attacked both challengers and saved WWE Divas Champion.

Layla entered into ring, drop kicked Natalya and set table in middle of ring and concentrated on Beth Phoenix. Layla hardly tried to back suplex Beth Phoenix but Beth did not give chance to her. Natalya and Beth Phoenix lifted Layla and decided to drop her on table but Michelle McCool came and remove table and attacked Natalya and later delivered a boot shot to Beth.  WWE Divas Champion surprised entire wrestling world by applying sharpshooter on both challengers at a time.

Lay Cool quickly recovered from injuries and well dominated the challenging team. Michelle McCool and Layla hardly tried to superplex Natalya but Natalya threw them on table but table was not broken. In few moments Natalya surprised them with high flying cross body on them to break the table. Natalya and Beth Phoenix celebrated their memorable victory and appreciated each other by hugging each other
