On October 9, 2003 in Smackdown edition, Mr. McMahon forced her wife Linda McMahon to tell to Stephanie McMahon not wrestle with him in this pay per view. Stephanie McMahon does not listen her father Vince McMahon. Later, Mr. McMahon’s assistant Sable joined with them. Sable kicked into Linda McMahon’s stomach and Stephanie McMahon seriously reacted and then attacked Sable. Mr. McMahon threw Stephanie McMahon in order to protect Sable but attacked Stephanie McMahon with close line when Stephanie McMahon tried to injure Sable again.

At backstage, Josh Mathews found new WWE United States Champion The Big Show and interviewed The Big Show. The Big Show was so excited and became very emotional. The Big show was unable to express his happiness in words.
