On January 6, 2012 Smackdown, the Big Show was interviewed by Josh Mathews about his world title match; appreciated World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan for his excellent skills but underestimated by the champion, later puts his hand on Bryan’s shoulder to show what he is but removed it as per champion’s order but discouraged when Mark Henry makes him disqualified by attacking Champion but blamed him. However, he attended to January 9 Raw SuperShow, got a rematch from Champion surprisingly but showed interest to face him in No Disqualification and No Count out match.

WWE Intercontinental Champion
The Big Show defeated Cody Rhodes to become new WWE Intercontinental Champion at WrestleMania XXVIII on April 1, 2012, attended to April 6, 2012 Friday night Smackdown edition, presented a Cody Rhodes’ WrestleMania embarrassing moment to special guest commentator Cody Rhodes, beat Heath Slater, invited his WrestleMania opponent to come to ring but Rhodes got scared when he delivers a knockout punch to Heath Slater.

He teamed up with Great Khali to face Alberto Del Rio and Rhodes in a tag team match, made Del Rio to quit from match and pinned Rhodes in April 23, 2012 Raw SuperShow but on April 27 Friday night edition, he interrupted confrontation of Del Rio and Bryan, tried to deliver knockout punches to Del Rio and Bryan, chokeslammed Ricardo Rodriguez when Del Rio and Bryan escape from him, later defeated Del Rio by disqualification when Rhodes attacks him from behind. He was even received a step up enzuigiri from Alberto after that match, later received a kendo stick shot, punched to steel chair, connected a big boot to Cody and punished with leather belt shots.
2011
In January 7 Smackdown event, he mesmerized entire wrestling world with his performance in fatal four way #1 contender’s match, attacked by Wade Barrett and after that unable to win match, challenged Wade Barrett in a match in January 14 Smackdown but attacked by Heath Slater, Justin Gabriel and Ezekiel Jackson.
He lost Smackdown elimination chamber qualifying match to Wade Barrett due to Corre members’ involvement at February 4 Smackdown.

He participated in six man elimination chamber match as a replacement of Dolph Ziggler as per Smackdown GM’s order at Elimination Chamber on February 20, 2011, eliminated Wade Barrett but elimination by Kane and also defeated Wade Barrett in February 25 Smackdown, injured Justin Gabriel with a steel chair and also invited every Corre member to get into ring but they did not in. He defeated Kane by disqualification, but attacked by Corre members but pushed Justin Gabriel on Kane and Kane destroyed Gabriel with steel chair and saved by Kane in March 4 Friday night.

On October 7, 2011 at Friday night Smackdown, Big Show returned to World Wrestling Entertainment, explained his past four months physical emotional pain with people, demanded Mark Henry a World Heavyweight Championship title match, understood recklessness, said if Henry did not answer to his challenge before end of the Smackdown, he decided to put Henry on announce table, later became angry when Henry said No to his challenge, but seriously punished Strongest man and also attacked WWE security officials when they try to control him, destroyed Henry by chock slamming on announce table but got title shot assurance from Smackdown General Manager but said after capturing the world title, he decided to break Mark Henry’s ankle.
2003
At Judgment Day on May 18, 2003, Big Show faced WWE Champion Brock Lesnar in a stretcher match, attacked by Rey Mysterio at the end of match and after brutal punishment, he lost match to Brock Lesnar.
On June 12, 2003 in Smackdown edition, The Big Show faced Brock Lesnar for WWE Championship. However, The Big Show destroyed by Brock Lesnar with powerful superplex. Due to this superplex, the wrestling ring was collapsed. WWE stopped this wrestling match by considering their health condition.
WWE United States Champion
On October 29, 2003 at No Mercy, The Big Show defeated WWE United States Champion Eddie Guerrero to become new WWE US Champion. The Big Show shared his happiness with WWE Interviewer Josh Mathews after this match at backstage.
2004
On March 14, 2004 at WrestleMania XX, he lost his WWE United States Championship title to John Cena though he destroyed John Cena very seriously.
