He and fellow F.B.I member Chucky teamed up with John Cena and pinned Spanky to win six man tag team match at Judgment Day on May 18, 2003.

On October 9, 2003 at Smackdown edition, Chuck Palumbo appeard with his team members Nunzio and Johnny Stamboli to face The Undertaker but lost this wrestling match to The Undertaker. After this wrestling match, Chuck Palumbo attacked The Undertaker with Brock Lesnar and remaining F.B.I members. However, The Undertaker attacked them with steel chain but Chuck Palumbo is safe.

On October 29, 2003 at No Mercy, Chuck Palumbo attacked Undertaker in Biker Chain Match but destroyed by The Undertaker.
