WWE Raw brand General Manager Eric Bischoff introduced WWE World Heavyweight Championship to wrestling world because Eric Bischoff felt shy by managing WWE Raw brand without WWE Championship. Eric Bischoff presented WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Triple H but Nature Boy Ric Flair interfered in this celebration. Eric Bischoff announced a wrestling match between Nature Boy Ric Flair and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Triple H.

On November 16, 2003 at Survivor Series, Team Bischoff has defeated Team Stone Cold Steve Austin.
The Sole General Manager of Raw
On November 17, 2003 in Raw, Eric Bischoff finally became the sole general manager of WWE Monday night Raw and damaged the picture of Stone Cold Steve Austin with red color paint. He appreciated Team Eric Bischoff members Randy Orton, Scott Steiner, Christian, Chris Jericho and Mark Henry. He would like to make a favor to every team member. The game Triple H also participated in their celebration with Ric Flair and Batista. He considered triple h’s three on one handicap match proposal against Bill Goldberg and officially announced this match. On same night, he did not allow Shawn Michaels to face his inner heart feelings about his match and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Later, the sole general manager has sent Shawn Michaels to outside of the arena with security guards.
Later, he shared his happiness with Jonathan Coachman and promised entire wrestling world to give an excellent WWE Raw edition next week. Jonathan Coachman also interested to help him. Later, he was shocked when Molly Holly openly announces the raw general manager as her tag team partner. He teamed up with WWE Women’s Champion Molly Holly on one condition. If they lose to Matt Hardy and Lita then Lita gets WWE Women’s championship rematch. Otherwise, Lita is going to fire. Finally, they both won that match and fired Lita from Raw.
2010
He attended to November 4 Impact edition by wearing boxing glosses with Nature Boy Ric Flair and match referee who was an official referee of match between Matt Morgan and Jeff Jarrett. He talked Matt Morgan and said, he no longer be part of his team. Later he talked about Mr. Anderson and given a chance to Ken Anderson. If Ken Anderson defeats him then he gets a shot against Jeff Hardy. After discussing with Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan, he took this decision but Ken Anderson can’t do it because of health condition. After that he attacked that match referee and fired him from TNA.
