He and fellow FBI member Stamboli teamed up with John Cena and defeated Chris Benoit, Rhyno and Spanky in a six man tag team match at Judgment Day on May 18, 2003.

On October 9, 2003 in Smackdown edition, Johnny Stamboli appeared with Nunzio to watch a wrestling match between The Undertaker and Chuck Palumbo. Johnny Stamboli tried to divert The Undertaker's concentration but received a hand punch. Chuck Palumbo lost his match to The undertaker. Chuck Palumbo attacked The Undertaker with Brock Lesnar and remaining FBI members but his head is seriously injured by the undertaker's chain shot.

On October 29, 2003 at No Mercy, Johnny Stamboli attacked The Undertaker in Biker Chain Match but attacked by The Undertaker.
