She found Drew McIntyre at backstage, lisened promises made by Drew McIntyre, impressed after listening all his words and said thanks to Drew but lost match to Michelle McCool. However she saved from LayCool by Drew McIntyre in January 7 Smackdown event. However she saw the man who wants to make relationship with her in attacking Trent Barreta at backstage, afraid of believing all Drew McIntyre’s last week promises, blamed him and left that place with frustration in January 14 Smackdown event. She saved Trent Barreta one more time from Drew in January 21 Smackdown.

She helped Edge by attacking Vickie Guerrero when Vickie involves in World title match at Royal Rumble on January 30, 2011, blamed by the official consultant of Smackdown and her boy friend Dolph Ziggler at February 4 Friday night; she was put in a 3 on 2 handicap world title match, slapped Dolph and pushed Vickie by seriously considering their talk but Edge saved her from them including LayCool. She insulted world champion and compared him with Drew McIntyre when Edge doubts about his match but surprised the Rated R Superstar by giving victory to him. After that match she was congratulated by Edge and Vickie Guerrero but fried from Smackdown by Vickie and returned to backstage emotionally.

She teamed up with Edge once again, won mixed tag team match against Drew McIntyre and Vickie Guerrero in February 25 Smackdown event and felt very happy when GM fires Vickie Guerrero from Smackdown after that match.

She teamed up with Rosa Mendes but seriously attacked by McCool and lost divas tag team match to LayCool in March 25 Smackdown event.

She teamed up with Eve Torres and won tag team match against Nikki and her Money In The Bank pay per view opponent in July 4, 2011 Raw event. After defeating Melina in a match, she was insulted by Bella Twins but attacked one of the bella twins. However, she was seriously punished by Bella sisters though Eve tries to save her in July 11, 2011 live Raw event.

In September 5, 2011 Raw super show, she attended to #1 contender’s match, acted as special guest commentator, expected victory from Eve but Beth became her challenger by winning match, intimidated by Beth after that match when she checks condition of her friend Eve but attacked by Natalya.
2010
On March 15, 2010 at Raw, Kelly Kelly defeated by the Divas champion but saved by Gail Kim and Eve Torres from the divas champion but also her saviors were also attacked by Layla and Women’s champion Maryse as per Vickie Guerrero’s guidelines.
At Friday night November 5 edition, she congratulated new #1 contender of Intercontinental Championship Montel Vontavious Porter at backstage.
At December 13 Monday night Raw Kelly Kelly attended to Monday night Raw present Despicable Me Slammy Award to winner, shakes hand with Tyson Kidd’s new body guard Jackson Andrews but praised by Tyson Kidd but mocked him. Later she was lifted by CM Punk.
2009
Raw Diva
On February 16, 2009 in Raw, Kelly Kelly attacked Santino Marella and Rosa Mendes to support WWE Women's champion Melina against Beth Phoenix.
On April 6, 2009 in Raw edition, Kelly Kelly teamed up with Jillian Hall, Layla, Mickie James and WWE Women's Champion Melina to face Natalya, Maryse, Gail Kim, Eve Torres and Maria in ten diva tag team match. Kelly Kelly did not enter in ring but participated in group war at outside. However, Kelly Kelly's tag team defeated Smackdown brand divas.
On April 13, 2009 in Raw edition, Kelly Kelly teamed up with Mickie James and WWE Women's Champion Melina to face Natalya, Michelle McCool and WWE Divas Champion Maryse but lost this six diva tag team match without entering into wrestling ring.
On May 11, 2009 in Raw edition, Kelly Kelly teamed up with Mickie James to face WWE Divas Champion Maryse and Jillian Hall in a divas tag team match. Kelly Kelly and Mickie James successfully defeated challengers with good team work.
