He was speared by Rhyno in a six man tag team match while he enters into ring illegally at WWE Judgment Day on May 18, 2003, later helped F.B.I to win the match by holding the Spanky at one corner.

On october 9, 2003 in Smackdown edition, Nunzio appeared as a member of FBI with Johnny Stamboli to watch a wrestling match between Chuck Palumbo and The Undertaker. Nunzio tried to interfere on that match but received a boot shot from Teh undertaker. The Undertaker defeated his FBI member Chuck Palumbo. After this match, Nunzion attacked The Undertaker with Brock Lesnar, Chuck Palumbo and Johnny Stamboli but his head is seriously damaged by the undertaker's steel chain shot.
On October 29, 2003 at No Mercy, Nunzio interfered in Biker Chain match between Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker in Biker Chain Match but injured by The Undertaker.
