2012

R Truth followed Miz like shadow, surprised him during match with Sheamus, attacked him with a water bottle but got New Year wishes from WWE Universe in January 2, 2012 Raw SuperShow.

R Truth attended to Royal Rumble 2012 main event as #3 entrant but eliminated by his former tag team partner Miz, seriously considered his elimination, pulled him to outside and presented STO on floor.

2011

He lost match to Alberto del rio by count out due to Del Rio’s assistant Ricardo Rodriguez’s diversion but injured him in January 10 Raw event.

R Truth lost match to Mason Ryan, seriously punished even after that match and match referee announced R Truth as winner of that match at February 7 Raw event. He supposed to face John Morrison in a match but as per anonymous GM’s order, teamed up with John Morrison and won tag team match against Nexus members Michael McGilliCutty and David Otunga and also punished Mason Ryan during that match in February 14 Raw event.

At April 18 Live Raw event, he accepted challenge of John Morrison by putting his #1 contender opportunity on the line, defeated by Morrison but destroyed John Morrison by losing his control.

He gave an interview to Scott Stanford at backstage in July 4, 2011 Raw event. He has 50% chances to win the #1 contender’s match, showed his tables match as proof but planned to hurt someone after that match. After his interview, he met Alberto Del Rio, said so you are the jimmy? But surprised when Del Rio said it is his destiny to become new #1 contender to face John Cena for WWE Champion at Money In The Bank pay per view and unable to win triple threat #1 contender’s match.

2010

On January 29, 2010 at Smackdown, he defeated Chris Jericho in one on one wrestling match.

On February 23, 2010, he attended to first ever NXT show and selected David Otunga as his NXT rookie. He felt very happy by seeing his rookie's victory against Darren Young on same night.

On February 26, 2010 at Smackdown, he lost triple threat money in the bank qualifying match to Dolph Ziggler.

2009

On April 13, 2009 in Raw edition, R Truth participated in 15 man tri branded battle royal but eliminated from this match.

• July 17, 2009 WWE Smackdown - Kane Vs R-Truth
  

R-Truth finally got a chance to face evil monster and the big red machine Kane. R-Truth well tried to control Kane but Kane did not give chance to R-Truth and defeated him after giving a big boot shot and pin fall. R-Truth went to unconsious stage. The Great Khali with his manager Ranjin Singh appeared in this wrestling event. R-Truth used this opportunity and quickly goes top rope and gave a high drop kick to Kane.

• July 24, 2009 WWE Smackdown - R Truth Vs Charlie Haas
  

R-Truth faced Charlie Haas in a one on one singles match. R-Truth confused Charlie Haas with his flexible wrestling performance and Charlie Haas faced some difficulties from starting to ending of this wrestling match. R-Truth's left knee is seriously damaged by the Charlie Haas but R-Truth defeated Charlie Haas with hard work and smart thinking.

On October 9, 2009 at Smackdown, R Truth teamed up with Matt hardy to face Kane and Drew McIntyre but lost their tag team match.
