2012
On January 2, 2012 Raw SuperShow, Santino Marella interrupted Wade Barrett, reminded he was last superstar who eliminated from Royal Rumble but assured to win this year’s 30 man battle royal rumble but later beat by Wade Barrett in a match.
Assistant to Smackdown General Manager
At January 6, 2012 Smackdown event, he was suggested by Zack Ryder to Teddy Long as new assistant to Smackdown General Manager, explained how he is going to offer his services to GM but mocked by McIntyre. He was even proved to GM by beating Drew McIntyre in a match and became official assistant to Smackdown General Manager.
He teamed up with Sheamus and beat team of Barrett and Jinder by pinning Jinder Mahal in a tag team match on January 9, 2012 Monday night Raw.
Marella explained his new ideas to GM but could not impress him. However he got permission from Theodore Long to face Otunga but beat by David Otunga in January 13 Smackdown edition.

The assistant to General Manager of Smackdown Santino Marella attended to 2012 Royal Rumble as #9 entrant, eliminated Ricardo Rodriguez, made his cobra busy with Mick Foley’s Socko to make fun but eliminated by WWE Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes. On February 3, 2012 Smackdown ; He introduced Jim Duggan to Theodore Long to form a tag team called Santinooooo, got a match with WWE tag team champions Epico and Primo but pinned by Primo after Rosa Mendes diverts him with a flying kiss but protected by his tag team partner Jim Duggan after that match.

On April 9, 2012 Monday night live event, he teamed up with Brodus Clay and defeated team of Dolph and Swagger, celebrated his victory in his as well as Brodus’s style.
2009
- January 5, 2009 WWE Raw - Goldust, Melina Vs Santino Marella, Beth Phoenix in mixed tag team match
Santino Marella faced Melina and legendary wrestling superstar Goldust and Melina in a mixed tag team match with his girl friend and WWE Women's Champion Beth Phoenix. Slammy Awared Winner Beth Phoenix and Santino Marella lost their tag team match to Goldust and Melina.
On February 16, 2009 in Raw edition, Santino Marella attended to Women's championship match to support his girl friend Beth Phoenix but attacked by WWE Divas Kelly Kelly, Candice Michelle and Mickie James.
On April 10, 2009 in Smackdown edition, Santino Marella appeared and praised his twin sister Santina Marella's achievement. Santino Marella said, all divas including his girl friend Beth Phoenix also jealous. However, Santino Marella wants to prove himself by challenging anyone of Smackdown brand superstars. The Great Khali responded for his challenge. Ranjin Singh shared inner feelings of The Great Khali. The Great Khali requested Santino Marella to kiss his sister Santina Marella in Khali's kiss cam. Santino marella did not agreed and defeated by The Great Khali.

Santino Marella received amazing response from wrestling fans and faced the masterpiece Chris Masters in this weekly edition. Santino Marella well controlled Chris Masters by showing his mixed martial arts wrestling performance. Chris Masters also shocked by seeing his performance. Santino Marella tried to apply master lock over Chris Masters but lost this wrestling match to Chris Masters.
On August 24, 2009 in Raw edition, Santino Marella faced The Miz in one on one wrestling match but lost his wrestling match to The Miz. However, The Miz well entertained wrestling fans with his mixed martial arts performance.
On September 17, 2009 in Superstars, Santino Marella faced Chris Masters in one on one wrestling match again but defeated by Chris Masters. Santino Marella accepted Chavo Guerrero's challenge in behalf of WWE Raw Guest Host Cedric. Santino Marella appeared as special guest referee and shocked by seeing Cedric's wrestling performance on september 21, 2009 in Raw edition.
He appeared on November 16, 2009 Raw edition to face Chavo Guerrero but wasted lot of time to remove New Yorkers sports jerserys and defeated Chavo Guerrero with Hornswoggle's indirec help.
2010
He and Vladimir Kozlov invited Sheamus for a tea party but faced him as per Raw General Manager’s order but disqualified by giving a lower blow and received a boot shot from his challenger. However he was saved by John Morrison.
He and his tag team partner attended to Monday night but mocked him to make fun but received a warning from him. He later sorry to him in his own style and then announced Pee Wee Herman as Guest star Shinning Moment of Year Slammy Award winner at December 13 Raw event.
2011
He attended to Monday night Raw on January 10 with his tag team partner Kozlov and girl friend Tamina to participate in tag team championship match but attacked by Nexus members.
On January 30 at Royal Rumble 2011, he eliminated by Alberto Del Rio to end 40 men Royal Rumble. At January 31 Raw event, he and his tag team partner retained tag team championship by defeating Nexus members Michael McGilliCutty and Husky Harris and shared his happiness with his girl friend but lost non-title tag team match to Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater at February 4 Smackdown.

He seriously considered Heath Slater’s action against his tag team partner, gave a cobra to him, received a drop kick from Justin Gabriel and destroyed by Wade Barrett after that match in February 11 Smackdown.

He lost tag team titles match to champions mainly due to Corre members Wade Barrett and Ezekiel Jackson’s involvement in March 4 Smackdown event.
