The Undertaker

The UndertakerMark William Calaway, popularly known as The Undertaker, is a legendary professional wrestling superstar, born on March 24, 1965 and started his professional wrestling career in 1984. He trained by another professional wrestling superstar Don Jardine.

The Undertaker defeated Hulk Hogan at Survivor Series on November 27, 1991 to become WWF/E Champion first time but after six days at The Tuesday night Texas, he lost title to same legend on December 3, 1991. Phenom defeated Sycho Sid at WrestleMania 13 on March 23, 1997 to become WWF/E Champion second time, after 133 days he lost title to Bret Hart at SummerSlam on August 3, 1997.

On July 26, 1998 at Fully Loaded In Your House main event, he teamed up with Stone Cold to become WWF/E world tag team champion first time by defeating Kane and Mankind but lost title to same tag team after 15 days in April 10, 1998 Raw event. At Over the Edge on May 23, 1999 he defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin with the help of special guest referees Vince McMahon and Shane McMahon but lost the title to same superstar after 36 days at June 28, 1999 Raw edition.

He formed Unholy alliance by teaming up with Big Show and defeated Kane and X Pac at SummerSlam on August 22, 1999 to World tag team champion but lost title to Rock ‘n’ Sock connection in August 30, 1999 Raw event after eight days; but retains their titles after eight days by defeating Rock ‘n’ Sock connection members Rock and Mankind at September 9, 1999 Smackdown in buried alive match but lost title to same team in September 20, 1999 Raw event after 13 days.

He teamed up with People’s champion The Rock to become WWF/E world tag team champion by defeating Edge and Christian in December 18, 2000 but lost titles to same team in December 21, 2000. Phenom teamed up with Kane  and defeated same tag team match in April 19, 2001 to become WWF/E wordl tag team champion but lost titles to Two Man power Trip Triple H and Steve Austin at Backlash on April 29, 2001.

The Undertaker and Brother of Destruction mate Kane defeated Chuck Palumbo and Sean O’Haire to become WCW world tag team champion in August 9, 2001 Smackdown and also become WWF/E World tag team champion at SummerSlam on August 19, 2001 by defeating Diamond Dallas Page and Chris Kanyon but lost WWF/E tag team titles to Dudley Boyz in September 17, 2001 Raw event.

but after 49 days; lost title to Booker T and Test in September 27, 2001 Smackdown event. However he became WWF/E Hardcore Champion by defeating Rob Van Dam in September 10, 2001 Raw is War event but after 58 days he lost title to Maven in February 7, 2002 Smackdown event. Phenom defeated Hulk Hogan at Judgment Day on May 19, 2002 to become WWF/E Champion fourth time but lost title to The Rock

Undertaker won 30 battle royal rumble at Royal Rumble on January 28, 2007 and defeated Dave Batista at WrestleMania 23 to become WWE World Heavyweight Champion first time, after 37 days; Edge cashed his Money In the Bank briefcase and Undertaker lost title to him at May 11, 2007 Smackdown.

The Undertaker defeated Edge in title Vs streak match at WrestleMania XXIV to become new World Heavyweight Champion second time on March 30, 2008 but on May 2, 2008 Smackdown event he surrendered title to General Manager Vickie Guerrero when she did not consider his victory as illegal due to Hell’s gate submission.

Phenom defeated CM Punk in hell in a cell match at Hell In a Cell pay per view on October 4, 2009 to become World heavyweight champion third time but after 140 days of successful streak, he lost title to Chris Jericho in a six man elimination chamber match at Elimination Chamber on February 21, 2010.

At March 25 Friday night, he attended to Smackdown event to respond to Triple H. He was impressed by seeing HHH’s confidence; reminded 2.21.11 that day Triple H interrupted his return and that day onwards his days are numbered and whatever Triple H talked to WWE Universe and those words will be written on tombstone.

The Undertaker rewrote his WrestleMania Undefeated streak with 19-0 by defeating Triple H but hospitalized by WWE officials on April 3, 2011 at WrestleMania 27.

2010

WWE World Heavyweight Champion

World Champion attended to Smackdown on January 15, 2010. He does not care about winner of #1 contender's steel cage match. He was very confident about his victory at Royal Rumble. Later, he talked about Shawn Michaels, who was actually challenge WrestleMania rematch at WrestleMania XXVI one more time. He would like to give answer to Shawn Michaels on next week Raw edition personally.

On June 8, 1997 at King of the Ring, The Undertaker was discouraged by Paul Bearer at backstage, which means his manager did not allow him to share his opinion with wrestling fans. Later, he defeated his opponent Faarooq to retain his championship and destroyed Faarooq thrice but destroyed by Ahmed Johnson.

2001

On February 12, 2001 in WWF Raw Is War, The Undertaker and his brother Kane faced Edge and Christian. The Undertaker later involved in a group war with Edge, Christian and WWF tag team champions D Von Dudley and Bubba Ray Dudley.

On October 3, 2002 in Smackdown, the dead man faced matt hardy in falls count anywhere match but defeated by matt hardy due to brock lesnar's F5. The Undertaker's right arm was seriously damaged due to brock lesnar's cylinder shot.

On October 20, 2002 at No Mercy, The Undertaker faced Brock Lesnar in Hell In a Cell match for WWE Championship but defeated by WWE Champion Brock Lesnar.

2003

On April 3, 2003 at Smackdown, he defeated high flying Rey Mysterio in WWE Championship #1 contender's first round tournament.

On October 29, 2003 at No Mercy, The Undertaker faced Brock Lesnar in Biker Chain match but unable to defeat Brock Lesnar due to Vince McMahon and FBI's involvement.

  • July 1, 2002 WWE Raw - Undertaker Vs Jeff Hardy in a Ladder Match for WWE Undisputed Championship

WWE Undisputed Champion The Undertaker received a challenge from Jeff Hardy. Undertaker accepted his challenged and faced him in a Ladder match for WWE Undisputed Championship. Undertaker faced very tough competition from Jeff Hardy. However, Undertaker retained his WWE Undisputed Championship. Later, Undertaker returned ring and destroyed Jeff hardy with last ride. Similarly, Jeff Hardy also called Undertaker for destruction but Undertaker appreciated Jeff hardy's daring by raising his hand.

2007

On October 12, 2007 in Smackdown, The Undertaker teamed up with his brother Kane to face MVP and Matt hardy in a tag team match. The Undertaker defeated MVP and Matt hardy successfully with his brother Kane's support. On same night, The Undertaker appeared after #1 contender's match between Finlay and Rey Mysterio. The Undertaker destroyed Finlay and Rey Mysterio. The Undertaker looked at WWE World Heavyweight Champion Batista and signaled Batista for a title shot.

2009

On January 23, 2009 in Smackdown, The Undertaker faced WWE United States Champion Shelton Benjamin and successfully defeated Shelton Benjamin through hell's gate submission.

On February 27, 2009 in Smackdown, The Undertaker faced the undefeated Vladimir Kozlov but defeated by Vladimir Kozlov

On October 2, 2009 in decade of Smackdown edition, The Undertaker teamed up with Triple H, Shawn Michaels and WWE Champion Randy Orton to face Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase and WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk in an eight man tag team match and successfully defeated challengers.

On October 4, 2009 at Hell In a Cell 2009 pay per view, The Undertaker became new WWE World Heavyweight Champion by defeating CM Punk inside a cell.
