World Wrestling Entertainment presented a Smackdown elimination chamber qualifying match between Mike Knox and R Truth at WWE Smackdown edition on February 5, 2010. John Morrison already qualified by defeating Kane and Drew McIntyre in a triple threat match in this wrestling main event. Now, R Truth challenged Mike Knox in this wrestling match.

R Truth received excellent response from wrestling fans and decided to give good starting to this wrestling match but Mike Knox successfully surprised R Truth with cross body. Later, he dominated R Truth by handling him with his power game.

However, R Truth jumped form Mike Knox from wrestling ring. Later, R Truth successfully defeated Mike Knox through pin fall and celebrated his victory with wrestling fans.
