• December 19, 1999 WCW Starrcade – Bret Hart Vs Bill Goldberg for WCW World Heavyweight Championship

Rowdy Roddy Piper appeared at Starrcade 1999 as Special guest referee. Roddy Piper surprised wrestling world by stopping No-Disqualification match between Bret Hart and Bill Goldberg. Bill Goldberg and Bret Hart both were shocked by seeing Roddy Piper’s decision but Bret Hart retained his WCW World Heavyweight Championship.

On April 5, 2009 at WrestleMania XXV, Rowdy Roddy Piper teamed up with Jimmy Snuka and Ricky Steamboat as per Ric Flair‘s request to face Chris Jericho in three on one handicap elimination match. Roddy Piper hardly tried to defeat Chris Jericho but failed by loosing match to Chris Jericho.
