Santina Marella is a one of the wrestling roles of Santino Marella. Santino Marella acted as woman and managed his role as twin sister of Santino Marella. Santina Marella became firstever Mrs. WrestleMania by eleminating Beth Phoenix in divas battle royal at WrestleMania XXV.

On April 5, 2009 at WrestleMania XXV, Santina Marella started her wrestling career by appearing in Divas battle royal rumble. Santina Marella eliminated Beth Phoenix and become first ever Miss. WrestleMania. Santina Marella appeared at WWE Raw edition to share her happiness with wrestling fans. Unfortunately, Beth Phoenix interrupted her show and challenged Santina Marella. Santina Marella accepted her challenge and defeated Beth Phoenix at Raw edition on April 6, 2009.

On May 11, 2009 in Raw edition, Santina Marella appeared in General Manager Vickie Guerrero’s office. Chavo Guerrero tried to remove wig of Santina Marella in front of Vickie Guerrero but Santina Marella slapped Chavo Guerrero. Later, Vickie Guerrero called Rosa Mendes and Beth Phoenix. Vickie Guerrero ordered Rosa Mendes to kiss Santina Marella. Rosa Mendes kissed Santina Marella but Santina Marella was unable to control himself. However, Santina Marella well managed situation. Similarly, Santina Marella insulted Chavo Guerrero and WWE Raw General Manager Vickie Guerrero in front of Beth Phoenix and Rosa Mendes.

After this conversation, Santina Marella faced her brother’s girl friend Beth Phoenix in one on one wrestling match. Santina Marella was unable to control Beth Phoenix and used several tricks but failed. However, Santina Marella defeated Beth Phoenix throuhg pin fall. Santina Marella later celebrated her victory with match referee by hugging match referee. Similarly, Santina Marella also entertained wrestling fans with her amazing dance performance.
