World Wrestling Entertainment conducted ECW homecoming qualifying match between Chavo Guerrero and Shelton Benjamin at ECW weekly wrestling edition on January 5, 2010. Actually, Chavo Guerrero was former ECW superstar and Shelton Benjamin is current ECW superstar.

As we already know that Shelton Benjamin was unable to defeat ECW Champion Christian in a ladder match for ECW Championship at TLC 2009. However, Shelton Benjamin would again like to face Chavo Guerrero. Similarly, Chavo Guerrero is spending very hard days in WWE. So, he also decided to prove himself by winning ECW homecoming qualifying match.

Chavo Guerrero and then Shelton Benjamin gave excellent starting to this wrestling match. Shelton Benjamin continued his domination. Chavo Guerrero damaged knee of Shelton Benjamin to control him. He further worked on his injured knee and hardly tried to win this match. However, the gold standard successfully defeated Chavo Guerrero with his hard work and celebrated his victory with wrestling fans.
