World Wrestling Entertainment conducted One on one wrestling match between Paul Burchill and Shelton Benjamin at ECW edition on September 29, 2009. Paul Burchill attended this match with his sister Katie Lea Burchill but Shelton Benjamin attacked by Sheamus. Sheamus threw Shelton Benjamin over steel ring pole. Sheamus threw Shelton Benjamin into wrestling ring and tried to enter into wrestling ring but WWE officials stopped Sheamus.

Match referee gave some time to Shelton Benjamin to start this match officially. Paul Burchill attacked injured Shelton Benjamin to give good starting to this wrestling match. Shelton Benjamin destroyed by Paul Burchill with suplex. Later, Paul Burchill punished Shelton Benjamin with hand and leg shots. Paul Burchill increased pressure on left shoulder of Shelton Benjamin. Katie Lea Burchill enjoyed his brother’s destruction.

Paul Burchill damaged Shelton Benjamin’s left shoulder with steel ring pole. Paul Burchill further damaged Shelton Benjamin’s left shoulder. However, Shelton Benjamin surprised Paul Burchill with neck breaker. Shelton Benjamin gave powerful hand shots but Paul Burchill did not give chance to Shelton Benjamin. Shelton Benjamin made a mistake by jumping from top rope and Paul Burchill dropped his leg. However, Shelton Benjamin did not wish to lose this match.

Paul Burchill once again increased pressure on left shoulder of Shelton Benjamin. Shelton Benjamin surprised Paul Burchill by hitting Paul Burchill’s head with ground. Shelton Benjamin successfully defeated Paul Burchill through pin fall. Katie Lea Burchill shocked. However, Shelton Benjamin celebrated his victory with wrestling fans and returned to backstage happily.
