Actually, World Wrestling Federation chairman did not wish to conduct this match but Mick Foley did not listen Vince McMahon. Vince McMahon later tried to convience Stone Cold steve Austin, The Rock and The Undertaker. However, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock and The Undertaker destroyed Vince McMahon with stone cold stunner, Rock bottom and Last ride respectively.
