JTG, Eve Torres and Shad Gaspard anxiously watched his wrestling match in a Television at backstage. Slam Master J hardly opposed Charlie Haas’s experienced wrestling performance and defeated him. Slam Master J celebrated his memorable victory with wrestling fans.
On September 10, 2009 in Superstars edition, Slam Master J faced #1 contender of the Intercontinental Championship Dolph Ziggler. Slam Master J tried to win his second but lost to Dolph Ziggler.
