World Wrestling Federation conducted a wrestling match between Steve Blackman and WWF tag team champion Intercontinental Champion Shamrock at Raw is War on January 4, 1999 to entertain wrestling fans. Actually, this wrestling match was scheduled to 20 minutes time limit.

The Intercontinental Champion Ken Shamrock attacked his challenger Steve Blackman to start this wrestling match officially. However, the lethal weapon surprised his opponent with his extreme wrestling skills in order to give competition. Both mixed martial arts experts completely involved in this wrestling match and showed their wrestling skills to each other.
