Daniel Bryan Vs Wade Barrett at WWE SummerSlam 2011

At Money In The Bank wrestling pay per view on July 17, 2011, Daniel Bryan won Smackdown money in the bank ladder match to capture Money In The Bank briefcase by facing seven toughest superstars including Wade Barrett. At July 29, 2011 Friday night, Barrett insulted and said he supposed to be Mr. Money In The Bank but in few moments Daniel Bryan came, reminded as a NXT Season 1 winner Barrett could not capture the title but he reserved a guaranteed title shot though he tasted failures in during NXT days.  Daniel planned to cash it at WrestleMania to get a memorable opportunity. Barrett seriously considered his words, attacked him but Bryan made him tap out with LaBell Lock submission.

Wade attended to Bryan’s match at August 5, 2011 Friday night as special guest commentator but jealous when Daniel beats Tyson Kidd. They both exchanges words through eye looks. However, NXT Season 1 winner attacked Mr. Money In The Bank Daniel Bryan after Bryan’s match in August 12, 2011 Smackdown event. World Wrestling Entertainment added a wrestling match between both of them to SummerSlam 2011 wrestling pay per view.

Barrett kicked at midsection, delivered a shot to back, headbutt, punched to midsection at one corner, applied side head lock, shoulder block but Mr. Money In The Bank surprised him with a knee kick to midsection. Daniel Bryan delivered European uppercuts, turned his left hand, worked on it to break it, further turned it but received a punch in return. This time Wade turned his left hand to its maximum limit but Bryan released his hand from Barrett by using his technical wrestling skills and drop kicked him. Bryan once again turned his hand, converted into hammer lock, simultaneously stretched his right hand with his leg, later continued it as hammer lock but received an elbow kick from his opponent.

However, Mr. Money In The Bank surprised him with a powerful drop kick, received a punch to abs. After that Barrett delivered knee kick to face, powerful punch to abs at one corner, another punch to head but Bryan twisted his left knee, drop kicked him at one corner, planned surfboard but Wade refuse to cooperate him but Daniel kicked on both knees. He later delivered a running super kick to chest, European uppercut at one corner but the NXT Season 1 winner delivered side slam and delivered some punches to head to control Mr. Money In The Bank.

Wade surprised him with a springboard back breaker, applied camel clutch, and received some elbows and also powerful clothesline. Daniel delivered some European uppercuts but Wade delivered a cross body quickly. He later puts Bryan’s neck on middle rope, puts his leg on his back and increased pressure by taking help of middle rope. He delivered some knee kicks to face, big boot and Bryan was fallen down on outside. He applied side head lock to control Smackdown money in the bank ladder match winner, received some roundhouse kicks, delivered kick to control him but Bryan damaged knee by pulling top rope when Barrett tries to deliver another big boot.

Both superstars exchanged some punches but Bryan kicked to midsection but Daniel drop kicked him and Barrett was fallen down on barricade. In few moments, Bryan dropped his knee on face, goes to top rope, delivered a drop kick powerfully but Barrett kicked to abs in reverse direction, planned to deliver his finishing move but he delivered repeated kicks to knee and made him to fall from his feet, delivered repeated kicks to chest and finally neck, planned to attack him at one corner but Barrett surprised him with a running big boot to face. Barrett planned to finish this match but Bryan transferred it into Guillotine choke, quickly converted into LeBell Lock but Barrett saved this match by holding the bottom rope. Daniel gave some repeated kicks to chest at one corner, planned to deliver superplex but Barrett pushed him on top rope which damaged lower part of Bryan. He utilized it, delivered clothesline, destroyed him with Wasteland and pinned Mr. Money In The Bank. He celebrated his memorable victory with wrestling fans.
