Wade Barrett defeated Randy Orton in November 11, 2011 Smackdown edition, but their rematch in November 14, 2011 Monday night Raw SuperShow their match was interrupted by Orton as well as Barrett teammates. However, the viper defeated Barrett in a tag team match at November 18, 2011 Friday night. At Survivor Series on November 20, 2011, Orton was eliminated by Wade Barrett in a 5 on 5 survivor series traditional elimination tag team match. The legend killer decided to focus on Barrett, won beat the clock challenge and interested to face Wade Barrett in tables match for Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2011 pay per view. At December 16, 2011 Smackdown event, the legend killer defeated Barrett in a tag team match.
