Alberto Del Rio Vs The Miz Vs CM Punk in triple threat WWE Championship TLC match at Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2011
The best in the world CM Punk successfully become WWE Champion first time at Money In The Bank pay per view on July 17, 2011 but left World Wrestling Entertainment. However, he renewed his contract and became new Undisputed WWE Champion at SummerSlam on August 14, 2011 but on same night Alberto Del Rio cashed his Money In The Bank contract and defeated CM Punk to become Undisputed WWE Champion. The straight edge superstar participated in a triple threat hell in a match but unable to utilize the opportunity because of Awesome Truth’s involvement on October 2, 2011. Finally at Survivor Series on November 20, 2011 he captured WWE Championship title by defeating Alberto Del Rio.
In November 28, 2011 Raw SuperShow, Alberto Del Rio claimed a rematch but CM Punk successfully retained his WWE Championship title. At December 5, 2011 Monday night Raw SuperShow edition, John Cena, Alberto Del Rio, WWE United States Champion Dolph Ziggler and The Miz showed interest to face CM Punk at Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2011 pay per view. On same night, the interim General Manager of Raw SuperShow John Laurinaitis arranged four individual matches in which The Miz qualified by defeating Randy Orton by countout, Alberto Del Rio qualified by defeating Daniel Bryan and John Cena qualified by defeating Zack Ryder in Social Experiment match but Cena sacrificed his opportunity to give U.S Championship chance to his friend Zack Ryder. WWE United States Champion Dolph Ziggler was failed by losing to Sheamus.
Finally, World Wrestling Entertainment finalized triple threat TLC match between Alberto Del Rio, The Miz and WWE Champion CM Punk for Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2011 pay per view.
