After ECW Championship Scramble match, World Wrestling Entertainment showed Theodore Long in his cabin and someone knocks door. In few moments, Edge appeared in front of Theodore Long. Edge forced Theodore Long to make triple threat match for WWE World Heavyweight Championship to face CM Punk and Jeff Hardy. However, Theodore Long rejected his proposal. Edge tried to impress Theodore Long by telling about Steel Cage match against Jeff Hardy. Theodore Long gave told that your wife i.e Vickie Guerrero could help but i am not. Edge was hurt and returned to backstage.
WWE ring announcer Justin Roberts announced an Intercontinental Championship match between Rey Mysterio 619 and WWE Intercontinental Champion Y2J Chris Jericho. Justin Roberts announced that Rey Mysterio remove his mask forever if Rey Mysterio looses his match to Y2J Chris Jericho.
