The Big Show faced WWE Unites States Champion Eddie Guerrero for WWE US Championship at No Mercy 2003 pay per view. Eddie Guerrero attacked the big show by damaging knee of The Big Show. The Big Show later punished Eddie Guerrero with his powerful performance. Similarly, Eddie Guerrero eliminated The Big Show to outside of the wrestling ring over the top rope. Eddie Guerrero diverted concentration of match referee by throwing a steel chair.

In this mean time, Eddie Guerrero injured the big show with garbage cane plate. The Big Show seriously considered and threw Eddie Guerrero over steel ring pole. The Big Show jumped over back of Eddie Guerrero. The Big Show further damaged back of Eddie Guerrero with hand shots and steel of the one corner. Eddie Guerrero jumped over The Big show from top rope.

The Big Show surprised entire wrestling world including Eddie Guerrero by dropping his leg over match referee’s neck. Eddie Guerrero injured The Big show with cheap shot. Once again Eddie Guerrero cheated The Big show by hitting with US title belt. Eddie Guerrero gave five star splash to The Big Show but Big Show did not wish to lose this match. Big Show destroyed Eddie Guerrero with chockslam and defeated Eddie Guerrero to become new WWE U.S Champion. Eddie Guerrero later argued with Chavo Guerrero with frustration.
