The Disciple appeared in this wrestling match with his fellow wrestling superstar Vincent as per Scott Hall’s request at the end of this wrestling match to control WCW U.S Heavyweight Champion Bill Goldberg. However, Diamond Dallas Page and Karl Malone attacked Vincent and The Disciple from behind with steel chairs.
