World Wrestling Federation (WWF) conducted a special wrestling match between two best tag teams for WWF Tag Team Championship at Royal Rumble. This wrestling match was conducted after The Beverly Brothers and Bushwhackers tag team match. Earthquake and Typhoon founded The Natural Disasters and Jimmy Hart was official manager of The Natural Disasters. Animal and Hawk were members of Legion of Doom. The Natural Disasters decided to win the World Wrestling Federation Tag Team Championship but they were unable to win the Tag Team Championship due to heavy competition even thought these two wrestling superstars are physically dominated wrestling superstars.

Once again, The natural Disasters decided to face the WWF Tag Team Champions Legion of Doom. WWF conducted fourth wrestling match between these two tag teams. The Legion of Doom and The Natural Disasters performed good wrestling skills in this wrestling main event. Hawk was seriously injured by the Natural Disasters but well handled The Natural Disasters. The Animal and Hawk completely dominated The Natural Disasters but The Natural Disasters won this match due to count out. However, The Legion of Doom successfully retained WWF Titles even though The Natural Disasters won this match because Titles change hand with either pinpall or submission. After this match, WWF conducted 30 man Battle Royal Rumble at Royal Rumble 1992 for wrestling fans.
