The legendary Undertaker appeared at WWE Smackdown edition on October 9, 2003. The Undertaker took a microphone to share his inner feelings with wrestling fans. The Undertaker said, Mr. McMahon may get nerves because i am going to to his boy’s title belt and break his body at No Mercy 2003. The Undertaker showed his steel chain and called F.B.I to taste his chain shot. In few moments, Full Blooded Italians member Chuck Palumbo appeared with Nunzio and Johnny Stamboli to wrestle with The Undertaker. The Undertaker put his chain at one corner. Nunzio and Johnny Stamboli stood at outside of the wrestling ring.

The Undertaker continued domination and FBI members are afraid and tried to help Chuck Palumbo but The Undertaker does not give chance to Johnny Stamboli and Nunzio. Chuck Palumbo decided to use this advantage to control The Undertaker but Chuck Palumbo injured his shoulder by hitting to steel ring pole. Johnny Stamboli tried to involve in this match but received a powerful hand punch. Similarly, The Undertaker gave a boot shot to Nunzio to teach a lesson to FBI. The Undertaker defeated Chuck Palumbo through pin fall after giving a chockslam. Suddenly, WWE Champion Brock Lesnar attacked The Undertaker from behind.

Full Blood Italians Johnny Stamboli, Chuck Palumbo and Nunzio joined with Brock Lesnar to destroy The Undertaker. Brock Lesnar went to outside of the ring and cleared announce table. In this mean time, The Undertaker cleaned wrestling ring. The Undertaker took chain and injured Johnny Stamboli, Nunzio but Chuck Palumbo escaped intelligently. Brock Lesnar tried to attack The Undertaker from behind with steel chair but The Undertaker gave a steel chain shot. The heads of the Nunzio and Johnny Stamboli are injured and bleeding but WWE Champion Brock Lesnar is safe from The Undertaker’s steel chair shot.
