However, The Undertaker appeared in front of Shelton Benjamin and clockslammed WWE United States Champion Shelton Benjamin. Shelton Benjamin seriously considered and claimed a wrestling match with The Undertaker. World Wrestling Entertainment arranged this wrestling match between these two superstars at Smackdown edition on January 9, 2009. WWE United States Champion Shelton Benjamin music hits and appeared in this wrestling event. Justin Roberts introduced Shelton Benjamin to this wrestling event and Shelton Benjamin entered into wrestling ring. Shelton Benjamin waits for his opponent without fear. In few moments, The Undertaker’s music hits and appeared in this wrestling event. Justin Roberts also introduced The Undertaker to this wrestling event. Wrestling fans gave good response to this legendary wrestling superstar.

The Undertaker entered into wrestling ring to face Shelton Benjamin. Shelton Benjamin does not afraid to face The Undertaker. Match referee signaled time keeper to ring the bell in order to start this wrestling match officially. The Undertaker tried to give hand punches to Shelton Benjamin but Shelton Benjamin escaped from The Undertaker. Once again, The Undertaker tried to catch Shelton Benjamin but Shelton Benjamin escaped intelligently and gave two powerful hand shots to The Undertaker at one corner of the wrestling ring. The Undertaker seriously reacted and tried to catch Shelton Benjamin. Once again, Shelton Benjamin escaped intelligently and gave three hot hand shots to The Undertaker. The Undertaker kicked into his stomach area and increased pressure on his hand. The Undertaker pulled his hand for further damage. The Undertaker turned his hand and goes top rope and then injured his hand with powerful hand shot. The Undertaker eliminated Shelton Benjamin to outside of the wrestling ring. The Undertaker went to outside of the wrestling ring. The Undertaker and Shelton Benjamin entered into wrestling ring. The Undertaker later brought Shelton Benjamin to one corner of the wrestling ring and gave a powerful hand punch into his stomach area.

The undertaker reversed Shelton Benjamin very powerfully from one corner to opposite corner of the wrestling ring. The Undertaker surprised Shelton Benjamin with powerful close line. The Undertaker once again threw Shelton Benjamin from same corner to opposite corner. Later, The Undertaker lifted Shelton Benjamin and dropped his head over one corner of the wrestling ring. The Undertaker tried to give a boot shot but Shelton Benjamin escaped intelligently. Shelton Benjamin damaged his left knee. The Undertaker reached one corner of the wrestling ring with pain. Shelton Benjamin once again damaged his knee and then kicked Undertaker. Shelton Benjamin went to outside of the wrestling ring to damage his knee with steel ring pole but The Undertaker tried to block him but received continuous hand shots from Shelton Benjamin. Shelton Benjamin seriously injured his knee with the help of ring pole. The Undertaker fell down from ring and Shelton Benjamin entered into wrestling ring.

The Undertaker entered into wrestling ring but Shelton Benjamin kicks and gives hand shots to Undertaker. The Undertaker reached one corner of the wrestling ring and Shelton Benjamin continuously increased pressure on his knee with the help of ring ropes. The Undertaker gave an elbow shot to Shelton Benjamin and hits Shelton Benjamin’s head with one corner of the wrestling ring. The Undertaker reversed Shelton Benjamin and caught his neck for chockslam. However, Shelton Benjamin kicked on his knee. Shelton Benjamin worked on Undertaker’s injured knee. Wrestling fans encouraged him by chanting his name. Shelton Benjamin damaged his knee with knee drop. The Undertaker opposes Shelton Benjamin but received hand shots from Shelton Benjamin. Shelton Benjamin damaged his knee twice but Undertaker pushed Shelton Benjamin to outside of the wrestling ring surprisingly.

The Undertaker went to outside of the wrestling ring and damaged his back by hitting to security wall. The Undertaker pushed Shelton Benjamin over ring. The Undertaker stood on one edge of the ring and dropped his leg over Shelton Benjamin. The Undertaker entered into wrestling ring. The undertaker covered WWE United States Champion Shelton Benjamin to submit pin fall but Shelton Benjamin rejected his pin fall. The undertaker reversed Shelton Benjamin but Shelton Benjamin kicked on his knee. The Undertaker reached one corner of the wrestling ring. Shelton Benjamin gave two hand shots and stood on second rope to give hand shots. The Undertaker used this advantage for last ride but Shelton Benjamin escaped from further destruction. Shelton Benjamin kicked into his stomach area and gave DDT. Shelton Benjamin covered The undertaker but undertaker rejected his pin fall.

Shelton Benjamin is frustrated and The Undertaker reached one corner of the wrestling ring. Shelton Benjamin surprised The Undertaker by jumping over The Undertaker. However, The Undertaker caught Shelton Benjamin for next jump. The Undertaker slammed Shelton Benjamin. The undertaker covered Shelton Benjamin to submit pin fall but Shelton Benjamin rejected his pin fall. Shelton Benjamin tried to give hand shot but blocked by The Undertaker. The Undertaker gave a powerful hand shots thrice. The undertaker once again tried to chockslam but Shelton Benjamin kicked on his knee. The Undertaker reversed Shelton Benjamin and Shelton Benjamin tried to jump over The Undertaker but The Undertaker caught him. The Undertaker surprised Shelton Benjamin with powerful tombstone. The Undertaker covered Shelton benjamin and defeated him. Justin Roberts The Undertaker as winner of this wrestling match. The Undertaker celebrated his victory with wrestling fans and returned to backstage happily.
