On January 7, 2008 in Raw edition, he teamed up with Charlie Haas as per Mr. McMahon’s Raw Roulette game to face Mr. Kennedy and Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels but he received a sweet chin music from Shawn Michaels and then lost his match to their opponent team. However, he faced Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels in Royal Rumble qualifying match but failed to defeat him on January 14, 2008 at Raw.
