As we already know, the straightedge society CM Punk and Luke Gallows won the Fatal Four way tag team championship match on January 15, 2010 Smackdown to become #1 contenders of WWE Unified tag team championship. However, Smackdown General Manager does not allow the straight edge society to face D Generation X in a Unified tag team championship match. Actually, four teams in fatal four way #1 contender’s match belong to Smackdown brand but Unified tag team championship also belong to Raw brand.

That’s why Theodore Long did not conduct that match on January 29, 2010 WWE Smackdown edition. On January 18, 2010 edition, WWE Raw guest host Jon Heder encouraged The Big Show and WWE Unified tag team champion The Miz to become a powerful tag team. Finally, they agreed to work together to rewrite the history. They would also decide to accomplish the Unified tag team championship.

On February 1, 2010 Raw edition, WWE Raw Guest host William Shatner understood both tag teams’ problems and arranged a triple threat unified tag team champion elimination in this wrestling edition. WWE Smackdown General Manager Theodore Long also attended to this wrestling match to see his brand superstars’ performance.

Finally, The Straight Edge Society members CM Punk and Luke Gallows, and former Unified tag team champion The Big Show and WWE United States Champion The Miz faced D Generation X members Triple H and Shawn Michaels for WWE Unified tag team championship. DX cleaned the ring by handling the all four competitors with their team work.

These six wrestling superstars performed extraordinary wrestling performance and entertained wrestling fans. Serena anxiously watched this wrestling match by standing at outside of the ring but injured The Miz. Shawn Michaels presented Sweet Chin music to CM Punk and eliminated the straight edge society through pin fall.

Later, The Big Show and The Miz continued this match with D Generation X. The Miz and The Big Show underestimated the Shawn Michaels. The Big Show received sweet chin music from heart break kid Shawn Michaels. The Miz threw Shawn Michaels over the triple h and defeated Shawn Michaels through pin fall. The Big Show and The Miz became new WWE Unified tag team champions.
