World Wrestling Entertainment presented a special wrestling match which is a home coming qualifying match between Vance Archer and Goldust at ECW on December 22, 2009 for wrestling fans. Vance Archer proved himself in several wrestling matches and becomes very popular and powerful superstar in ECW. However, ECW would like to acquire previous ecw superstar by conducting a match.

Vance Archer would like to continue his domination but Goldust gave tough competition to his opponent Vance Archer. Goldust well handled him with his experience and powerful wrestling skills but his back damaged by Vance Archer.

Vance Archer later successfully destroyed him and defeated him through pin fall. Vance Archer celebrated his victory with wrestling fans. Vance Archer could receive championship match. Goldust could not be acquired by ECW further due to his failure.
