Vince Russo appeared on Wrestling Pay Per View WCW New Blood Rising 2000 when Bill Goldberg decided to quit from triple threat wrestling match. Vince Russo ordered Bill Goldberg to participate in that wrestling match but Bill Goldberg neglected Vince Russo’s order.
